Materials used: Charcoal, tissue paper (for blending), putty eraser.

Thanks to YouTube and the amazing Fine Art Academy channel, I recently discovered the magic of using folded tissue paper for blending charcoal. It works amazingly well. It’s better than even paper stumps or tortillion, because you can get smoother textures and and a wide reach for each blend. It works well for very fine lines too, if the tissue is folded well and tight.
